The Problem
JobSage is an employee transparency platform founded in 2020. They aim to help job seekers find companies that fit their core values by asking employees questions about inclusion, growth, purpose, feedback, flexibility, and compensation.
As an early-stage startup with a low domain rating, they were struggling with organic visibility and brand recognition.
The Strategy
Since JobSage was a relatively new site, they only had a few hundred referring domains.
However, their unique mission and accomplished founders allowed us to position JobSage as a thought leader in workplace diversity and inclusion.
We leveraged this by creating thought-provoking Digital PR content about corporate mental health, human resources, and workplace culture.
